Four generations on Lake Conroe

Sunset Shores RV Park is a family business — four generations and counting. Tucked into the southeast corner of the FM 1097 bridge, it's the finest and most complete of the Lake Conroe RV parks.

A family of boaters

The Richardson family has called Lake Conroe home — and run businesses on its shores — for four generations. Avid boaters themselves, they built The Palms Marina and Sunset Shores RV Park right alongside E-Z Boat Storage & Valet Launch, creating an all-in-one waterfront community.

Their philosophy is simple: offer guests the same quality and service the family expects themselves. That standard runs through every concrete pad, every dock, and every sunset over the water.

Long before the RV park, the family helped shape the lake itself — developing more than 100 homes across Lake Conroe's neighborhoods beginning in the early 1970s, including Corinthian Point (400+ homes), Lakewood on Lake Conroe, and Harbor Town.
