Current Operations

Father Dana, brothers, Rich, Bart, Gary and Ben Gary Richardson have operated businesses on Lake Conroe since the Lake was developed in 1973. Being avid boaters, they bring a determination to offer their customers the same quality service they expect themselves. The Palms Marina at the end of the FM 830 was developed and is operated by the Richardson Family.

The family saw the opportunity to innovate the boat storage industry into a modern and efficient service provider for all types of pleasure boaters on Lake Conroe. The Richardson’s also operate the waterfront RV park, Sunset Shores, adjacent to their E-Z Boat Storage & Valet Launch. And up the road, they offer a boating showroom for Texas Boat Sales, their recently sold boat sales, brokerage and service business.
