Guests of GUEST shall generally be limited to 2 guests per site—larger groups are strictly prohibited unless approved by management at least 8 hours prior to entry into Park. Guests of GUEST must register at office and will be given “visitor” pass for their vehicle. An additional $10.00 per person charge will be made for overnight guests of GUEST.
You must obtain permission from the office 24 hours prior to washing your RV. Washing of vehicles is strictly prohibited, as this can be done at a facility outside of Sunset Shores.
Extra parking is available on the west side of the park entrance or in the parking lot at the pool/pavilion area. Please do not park in an empty site unless you will be on the property to move it. Absolutely no parking in the streets or on the grass next to RV sites! The speed limit at Sunset Shores
All hoses, including sewer and water, must be placed on a rack above ground at all times. Mowers and weed eaters should be able to move around all RV’s including the sewer and water hoses. Lawn maintenance equipment can easily destroy or damage these items, leaving them for you to replace. Please make sure that you have a gasket
No boats or trailers, of any kind, are allowed in the RV Park. Only sites 8 thru 32 may park a boat in the water in front of their site. Interior sites are not to park a boat in front of any waterfront site or at the beach. If you have an interior site and would like to move
ONLY SUNSET SHORES CUSTOMERS AND THEIR GUEST ARE ALLOWED. CHILDREN UNDER THE AGE OF 16 MUST BE ACCOMPANIED BY A PARENT OR GUARDIAN AT ALL TIMES. NO ONE UNDER THE AGE OF 16 ALLOWED IN HOT TUB AT ANY TIME. NO GLASS CONTAINERS ALLOWED 6:00 P.M. – 10:00 P.M. IS CONSIDERED ADULT TIME. CUSTOMERS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR DISPOSING OF ALL
Pets. All pets must be kept on short leash. You must clean up your pet’s deposits. Pets must be kept under control, quiet, cleaned up after, and kept inside except when being walked on a leash. No pets may be left unattended at any time or taken to the pool/pavilion area.
1) Check in must be during office hours. If customer comes after 4:00 customer will have to come back the next day unless they have called and prearranged their site number with the office. In that case we will put an orange cone at the site to mark it for customer and to block parking after hours. The site number
Please share the laundry room! Limit 2 washers or 2 dryers per person. Laundry should not be left unattended. Remove laundry when cycle finishes.
Please do not leave your trash out at your site all day/night. The only exception is if you take it out just before 9 am the guys will come around and pick it up. We do not want trash sitting out not only does it attract animals but it looks dirty. Any questions please call office. Park Manager
